Abs Routine

To produce core muscles composed of six packs, try doing the exercise called Abs routine. This should be done religiously in order to get that perfect abs you are looking for and must be accompanied by good eating habits and a healthy lifestyle.

So before you plan your abs regimen, plan your diet first. Write down the good and bad food to eat since your food intake will definitely affect your planned exercise. You definitely have to stay away junk food as well as fatty food, white carbohydrate and sugar. Take less or no bagels, white pasta, fast food, corn syrup, sweets, granola and white bread. You can replace these by natural and nutritious food such as apples, natural peanut butter, eggs, blueberries, oatmeal, spinach, tomatoes, milk, chicken, and avocados. With these foods body fats are burned quickly.

Never starve yourself. You cannot do the training properly when you make yourself hungry and then you have the tendency to eat a lot. Have 6 small to moderate meals of healthy food. This technique will help your body burn food easily and keep you from binging. Relax when it comes to planning what to eat to avoid any stressor. Have a meal break and take a cheat meal, let's say once every other day. But keep the amount to a minimum.

Let us go to your exercise routine. First thing, warm up to heat up your muscles. Start light so as not to injure your muscles. Begin doing crunches and hip rolls, 20 times each and do a bridge by staying there for 30 to 60 seconds. This is one set, and do this 3 times.

The next phase is done with a decline bench. Do 20 times of leg raise/hip rolls, incline sit ups and Russian twists. Avoid resting in between the exercise and rest after doing 3 sets of these.

The third set will be executed with the use of smith machine and smith ball. Do 20 hip rolls. After that, do 20 partner resisted smith ball crunches and 20 smith ball rollouts. In this set, you need to rest 30 to 60 seconds after each set.

If you do these exercise correctly in a regular basis, you can expect effective results. Remember to warm up before and cool down after the 3 sets. This is very important in keeping your muscle injury free and in good condition. If you feel sore during the first few days of training, this is normal. A two-day rest is enough then you can return to your training. Make sure to live a healthy lifestyle. As much as possible do not drink and stay up late. Sleep sufficiently so you can do the exercises effectively. Drink plenty of fluids especially while exercising. abs routine is good for your body form and self esteem.
