Can you tell me about the word "reklama"?
It is the word for advertisment in Serbian, Turkish, Hungarian and Russian languages.
Is used also in any other languages???
What is it's origin??
Why is it used in so many languages??
Thankyou for all your answers it was really interesting to know more about the word.
And they use it in the Philapines too!
It is so in all Slavic languages; it comes from (e.g. its etimology) "reclamare" in latin: to yell loudly, to protest and hence advertise (or complain as "reklamirati" in Slavic languages means also "to report a faulty product or service")
