What is a good vendor for Beluga Caviar?
We used to order from this online caviar vendor, but after the ban in 2006, they stopped selling Beluga Caviar, even after the ban was lifted in 2007.
My mother is hosting a small cocktail party at our house in a few weeks. It's going to be pretty casual: 150 people, waiters, chefs, and cocktail attire at our house, nothing extremely formal. She doesn't hire party planners for her small "get-togethers" so she has left me responsible for ordering the caviar
I, personally, prefer Iranian Beluga Caviar, mainly because I've grown up with that, but I'm open to the Russian Caviar as well. I prefer Beluga over any other though, I find it the creamiest of all caviar.
I'm looking for nice quality, 000 Beluga Caviar. Probably around 9 pounds of it (approx. an oz per guest). Thank You!
