Quick Italian Dinner Recipes

Simple recipes for teens?
0kay so I'm looking for recipes that would be basically extremely easy for a teen to make. (quick, easy, doesn't involve many ingredients at all). I need like dinner/lunch recipes though, not desserts or anything like that. I love pasta so a recipe involving that would be nice, I'm big on Italian food basically. (pizza, pasta, etc.) I don't want it to take too long but I know its hard to find recipes that are easy and quick sometimes, so I'm open to any ideas. I need good instructions on how to make it and all of that, links are great! Please help, everything is appreciated. The more recipes the better though. Thank you!
Quick and Easy Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound package Bob Evans(R) Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
12 inch prepared pizza crust
8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil leaves
8 ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the sausage until cooked through, using a wooden spoon to break up the sausage. Remove from heat and drain off fat. Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet. Stir together the tomato sauce, basil, and oregano. Spread tomato sauce evenly over pizza. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over tomato sauce and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly golden. Cut into wedges to serve.
