What foods were orginated from Ile-de-france?

I have a project coming up and I need to know. Hehe.

Please. Ile-de-France includes Paris and Versailles.
It DOES NOT have to be a recipe just a simple food.

Here you are, with the Information given by the very region about what was or is produced in the area.

These days you have to bear in mind that a large part of the region is now covered with suburbia. There are forests in the region but boar had been obliterated and only reintroduced recently. Game was mostly deer, coney and hare. A typical Parisian dish would be "Lapin aux pruneaux" (rabbit with prunes)
Traditionally soft cheese, saucages, ham were the staple ingredients and ham was often cooked with local mustard from Meaux "Jambon à la moutarde de Meaux".
There used to be many small gardens where vegetables of all sorts were grown all round Paris until the beginning ot the last century. King Henri the fourth wanted his subjects to be able to enjoy "La poule au pot" at least once a week (chicken stewed with vegetables), and asparagus was boiled or steamed and served with butter and a sprinkling of pepper (Asperges au beurre). Cress was made into soup thickened with potato and cream (soupe de cresson à la crème).

Specific dishes for the region would have consisted of ingredients that one could get from markets, especially Les Halles, and fish would have been brought in by carts from the Normandy coast or fished out of the Seine. A small river fish called "gardon" was often served fried with a sauce called "Sauce gribiche".

There is not a typical traditional recipe known to have been exclusively invented in the region such as Tarte Tatin (upside down apple tart) which was accidentally created in Normandy or Quiche which is a traditionnal dish from Lorraine and Choucroute which hails from Alsace ,but here is a list of traditional dishes for the area:

If you click on them you can even get the recipes.
However Paris chefs have always imported ingredients from outside the Paris region and adapted recipes from other regions.
