Italian Dwarf Cypress

italian dwarf cypress
I am looking for Dwarf Italian Cypress trees?

Does anyone know where I can buy Dwarf Italian Cypress tress, or something very similar,
in Southeastern Michigan?

Italian cypress will not survive in Michigan. Plants that are somewhat similar and would survive there would be Skyrocket Juniper and if you live in the few areas along the lakes where your USDA zone rating is 6 the Leyland Cypress may work, but it may not be reliably hardy. The problem is the Italian cypress that you desire is so skinny there are not many plants that fit that detail. So again here are some that I know would survive in Michigan, but it depends on which part of Michigan you are asking about because the zones vary across your state..
Juniperus virginiana 'Skyrocket' (Skyrocket Juniper) Zone 3
Pinus nigra 'Arnolds Sentinel' (Arnolds Sentinel Pine) Zone 4
Pinus strobus fastigiata (Columnar Eastern White Pine) Zone 4
Cedrus atlantica glauca 'Fastigiata' (Columnar Blue Atlas Cedar) Zone 5
There are some others and here is a link to help.
