Italian Doc

What is Goria’s law for Italian Wines?
Did Goria’s law say that you had to blend 20% or more Sangiovese in Italian wines for them to be DOC
The so called "Goria's law" (N° 164 10 february 1992) disciplines the production of wines I.G.T., D.O.C., D.O.C.G.
1) But I cannot read any reference neither to Sangiovese nor to blend in this law. It seems that IGT, DOC and DOCG are a matter of geographical areas not blends.
2,3) On the other side, Sangiovese grape is the main part in many DOC wines.
Hope this can help you!

Cars [Original Soundtrack] [Collector's Edition] $10.08 Cars is a typical Disney-Pixar animated movie in that it deals with an anthropomorphic character (here, a car) and the heartwarming values of family and friendship. (Alas, we'll have to wait a little while longer for the company to take on greed and selfishness.) The accompanying soundtrack is equally typical in that it's split between catchy pop songs and a score by Randy Newman. The clear highli... |

Schubert: The Last Four Quartets $7.00 Few quartets match this legendary Italian ensemble for tonal sheen and refinement. The ensemble imbues the famous variations movement of "Death and the Maiden" with a kind of choked inwardness that never dematerializes into bathos. One might wish the players to allow Schubert's extroverted moments their giddy head, rather than reigning things in. The group embarks upon the composer's other-worldly... |

Nine $2.45 "Be Italian!" comes the thundering command from one of the catchiest songs in Nine, and the movie version of this Broadway musical hit is undeniably solid on that point. It's drenched in cool cars, glamorous Italian threads, and cozy Roman neighborhoods, all circa 1962. That, you will note, is the vintage of Federico Fellini's classic film 8 ½, the source for both the stage show and Rob Marshall'... |
