Is it time we had freedom from religion?
An Islamic school is being established in Sydney under a Sheik leader who has urged children to "die for Allah", called Jews "pigs" and abused non-believers in vilest terms. If established, it would automatically get Federal Government finance in the same way as sectarian Christian colleges do. All this in a supposedly secular State based on mutual understanding. In the 21stC century does tolerance of ignorance and superstition have its limits?
I'm all for it.
