Islamic Diet Foods

Islamic religion??? Help please?
okay i have a few basic questions that i cant find on the internet. They are
- Is there any kind of food that you cannot eat?
- Is there any kind of clothing restrictions?
The main question is there anything that can restrict you do having a balance diet of doing regular exercise?
Thanks for any help given
Okay this is because i am doing PD/H/PE and the assignment requires us to look at Fatima a Islamic lady that is overweight and works long hours and never does exercise. So i was wondering is the Islamic gives any restrictions on both the exercise and diet side?
And the info i found on the internet was in such detail i couldn't comprehend.
Muslims are not supposed to eat pork or drink alcohol.
As far as clothing restrictions go, all people are supposed to dress modestly. But at an absolute, men must wear pants. There is some controversy about women, but at the very least they must cover their breasts and wear pants. Some people say that women must cover their hair as well.
I can't see what would cause you to have an unbalanced diet or lack of exercise. Pork isn't that great for you anyhow, so it's not like you are missing something important there.
