Just had Indian food, how to sweat it out so that I don't smell?
Before you call me a racist, consider this: I am in Indian.
Body odor is an embarrassing issue that I have dealt with for many years, and I now avoid Indian food to avoid smelling funky. (What you eat causes the odor of your sweat to change) However, I just had a plate of it, and I want to sweat it out before an important meeting tomorrow. How to do so?
go for a run tonight and tomorrow morning after you wake up. shower and wear a bit of cologne to the meeting. Anytime I eat Indian food, I do cardio the same night.
