Baby proofing...when and what to get?

My baby girl is almost 4 months old (10 more days...holy crap!!) so I am now starting to think about baby proofing my (well my parents I live with them for the time being) house. What kind of things should I get and where should I get them? And when should I start baby proofing the house?

A bonus question lol-I got a jumper for the door way I was wondering at about what age can she use this?

Baby proofing should be done now, because you never know when she will start rolling around, and crawling. My daughter was army crawling at 7 weeks, no joke!
Here's a list of things to do...
Outlet plugs, any out let that doesn't have something in it, put an outplug in it.
tie back, or cover all cords.
Put all cleaning materials on a high shelf that can not be reached by a young child.
In the kitchen...& bathroom
baby locks, or tie locks, to hold your cubbords together (so a child can't open them)
door locks (put them on your bathroom door, kitchen door, and maybe closet doors, you have to push both buttons at the same time to open it, which makes achild un able to do.)
outlet plugs here too
Make sure your floors are swept everyday, and you do a 'clean sweep' which is getting on your hands and needs, and anything you can see on the floor with your eyes, you pick up or throw away. These are items babies like to put in their mouth)
Baby gates. For all doors ways in which you don't want your baby in the room. You should have one at the kitchen doorway, possibly bedrooms/unless you can close the door tightly, dining room, and stairs (Safety 1st, plastic that attaches to the wall is your best bet) this can be found at wal mart or babies r us.

Basic list
outplugs
baby gates
door handels
Cubboard tie backs
all of which can be found at wal mart, target, babies r us

In this groundbreaking book, William Kostlevy presents a fascinating study of the Metropolitan Church Association (MCA), a religious community founded in Chicago in the early 1890s. The MCA was one of the most controversial societies of the era. Its members were called "jumpers" because of their acrobatic worship style, and "Burning Bushers" after their caustic periodical, the Burning Bush. They o...
