How would i be able to work in France with a student visa?

Can i ONLY work on campus? How long until i can get a job?

a maximum of 964 hours per year can be worked ( during the school year : part-time / during vacations periods : full-time within the 964 hours yearly limit).A proof of payment from Campusfrance.
